Choose one location method. Geocoding and map selection populate coordinates only. Saving stores the confirmed coordinates; neither geocoding nor a map click saves the property.

Property location

  1. Address property → Geocode Address
  2. Rural / raw land → Select Location on Map
  3. Known coordinates → enter Latitude / Longitude

Street address, city, and province are optional when both latitude and longitude are entered. Without coordinates, those address fields are required so the address can be geocoded.

For rural, development, or raw land without a reliable civic address, use Select Location on Map and place the marker inside the property.

Mapbox satellite imagery does not establish legal parcel boundaries. The marker is a research location point, not a legal parcel centroid.
